O Marché Brésil foi fundado em 2025 por Nilma, natural de Recife (Pernambuco, Brasil) e atualmente em Chambly. Ela traz para o Quebec a cozinha, os ingredientes e o calor humano do Nordeste brasileiro — para a comunidade brasileira do Quebec e todo mundo que ama comer bem.
